"If your reading this post, your still looking for an immigration lawyer. I was like you some number of months ago and, I am that guy that his a relatively high level of suspicion when it comes to having to pay for something before I recieve the service. Well, I'm gonna save you a lot of time and stress. Especially in a world where so many people, often those that can least afford it, are taken advantage of by dishonest people in thier immgration journey. I talked to 4 or 5 different lawyers, paid for most of the first consults. They all promised the world but none offered a real strategy and real time experience that made me feel I could spend my hard earn money and worse, jeapordize my wifes future chances of gaining her US Residence.
Ivan delivered on our first call and on subsequent follow up calls without fail. He is accesible, and honest in his advice. He lays out the alternatives such that YOU, the client can make your best decision. He at all times was aware of our case and at all times knew that the best strategy was to move our case forward.
You can spend more on legal services or try to do it yourself, but you will do so at your own peril. Ivan is the real deal, cares about his clients first and knows how the Immigration service works. Laslty, he is not afraid of a confrontation when he knows the law is on your side.
